Now THAT was a badass BFR. Would love to see that combo re-hashed as a future PDN offering.

Curious: Will the Caprice and Cutlass be included in upcoming PDN releases?

No idea about future PDN releases.

The Caprice and Cutlass were included in the Starry Night PDN release. From the Starry Night info page:

*Available to order on all instruments except Armada, JPX through JP16 6/7 string, JP BFR 6/7 string, Game Changers, and StingRay 40th Anniversary.

I don't have any inside info, but EBMM doesn't seem interested in repeating itself when it comes to BFR/PDN offerings. If you offer something you already did a few years ago, you're eliminating a good bit of your potential customer base - those who bought it the first time around. I would think, however, that the Caprice and Cutlass would be included in future offerings, since most production models typically are, with very few exceptions.

I had a Big Al 4H in that black sugar configuration, it WAS badass.

I have a BFR Roasted neck Bongo 4 H. I think only 3 were ordered in that configuration. I absolutely love mine! I also ordered a PDN Starry Night Cutlass bass. My understanding is mine was the only one ordered as a Cutlass bass. I can't wait to get it too!

Damn. I should check in here more often. Wonder if anyone stocked any Caprices?

Yes, but, inexplicably, no star fret markers.

Waaaaay seriously inexplicable :-(

Not like I will buy brand new expensive premium
limited run specials. But I crave their release and
always care that they be as desirable as possible.

This is cuz there's always a few other gems that
MM fanciers choose to sell off to pay for their new
obsessions ... and that seondary effect is where I
come in. Scavenger that I am, I'm functioning as
an enabler .... so I have skin in that game ;-)

Happens I do own what was prolly the very most
affordable of all the MM specials, the red SR30th.
My tiny little toe hold in the realm of the elite ....

IIRC, EBMM has no problem telling you
where they went so as to help both the
dealers and the afficionados stay happy.

Inquire of the galant and way helpful AJ.

EBMM should make an optional blank board a permanent offering. That's the worst thing about the Stealth in my opinion.
