Dumb question perhaps, but what is the likelihood we'll ever see a Big AL with SR neck size/nut width (ala the SLO Special SR with Sterling neck specs)?

Lovechick, when EB first announced the Big AL specs I sort of wrote it off due to the Sterling neck size. However, I could not resist the Dargie II run and ordered BP's odd shaped baby on blind faith (they wont sell anything bad would they?) Now I am glad I did. The difference in feel really isn't great and the tones available from the Big AL more than offset it.

Call me a convert too. I resisted the pencil neck until I saw one in black/tort. Resistance was then futile. And the neck is really FAST ....

Thanks for the feedback, gentlemen. You know, I own three different models of EB guitars and don't think much at all about the differences in specs or feel. I'm not sure why I'm pickier about my basses but I've done alot of gigs with my SRs and have grown accustomed to them. Then again, there are major differences between my '77 and my '99, so I'm sure I would adapt to the AL neck.
