John was playing a nice looking fully loaded red JP6 on the Late Show tonight. Sounded great too. I'll get some pics up shortly.

yeah my friend told me ages ago that he played lead guitar for one song on a JP

if you look on the musicman site under artists it has fogerty listed as an axis palyer, or maybe it was silhouettte, one of the two

there is a thread here about how John got the Petrucci to play at an awards show. Also search for the one off MM (actually 2 where made) that was made for him as well. someone will post links or pics I'm sure :)

Fogerty has been playing MM guitars for years. He plays some stock guitars and Dudley has made him some custom axes. There are some old posts that reference articles where he has said some really nice things about both Dudley and BP.

The last time I saw him was special on PBS (year or so ago?). Featured stuff from the new album as well as the classic CCR stuff. Opens the show with the Blue Axis.

He does change guitars for every song, and the Axis makes its way on stage for 3-4 tunes including Traveling Band - the best 2:09 in Rock 'n Roll :)

Oh so that's what it was. It looked like a Silo Special with no body contours, that explains it.
