Anyone else playing an EBMM partscaster (pardon the phrase ;)) as their #1?

Well I am! I just can't get over the tones I'm getting from my hybrid Albert. The RW neck and ash body (I think it's ash - any insight, anyone?) with the axis pickups - just heaven, lads. Heaven!!!

Anyone else out there as strange as me?

Ash indeed. Not anymore, but I've had a few hybrids that I really liked. Luke body/Axis neck was one of the winners.

@mtrejo: That color is Autumn Redburst, IIRC. Do love it and yeah, the tone is crazy good. I got a CMAT Mods Brownie in the mail today and played the AL into it in to the Remedy. Oh my...................oh my.............

Too bad there isn't a way to order a "custom" MM like that. Take an existing body and order it with a production neck of your choice. Luke with a Morse neck, SS with an AL neck. I know that will never happen, but it would be cool. That way, if you prefer AL necks, you can have all of the various Music Man bodies with your preferred neck.

Again, I know that will never happen. It is a dead subject before the conversation starts. Just a cool idea.
