For some years I'm playing with a ToneZone at the bridge in one of my two Silos (black, hard tail, HSH, maple fingerboard). Other pickups are stock. My other Silo (black, hardtail, HSS, maple fingerboard) has an AirZone at the bridge but this one is a little squeeky. I want to swap the pickups on both Silos, maybe put a Super Distortion in both. Has anyone some experience with this?
And what sounds better in this case: 250K or 500K volumepots?

Last month I put a GraphTech GHOST-system in my HSS Silo, sounds awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want your balls to kick you in the nuts, try an X2N. That is simply an amazing pickup. My X2N equipped guitar actually drowns out my Petruccii, but it still sounds good. The Super Distortions sound a little honkey to me. Using 500k pots.

On the HSS, try also a Humbucker from Hell, on the HSH try a Steve's Special. Humbucker from Hell is lower output but sounds incredibly super cool. The Steve's Special has a nice scooped sound that really grinds with a high gain amp, and is nowhere near the output of an X2N.

You might want to try a Tom Anderson H3 or HN3. Both sound incredible. The H3 is the pickup used as the benchmark for evaluating humbucker tone at Mesa Boogie. The HN3 is the only other pickup I've ever heard that I thought sounded as good as the stock pickups in my Axis.
