You must have ordered yours in January as the colors for the Axis were all discontinued and we're all awaiting the new offerings some time this month.

What color did you order?

Great to hear the new colours are finally coming .. intrigued, and undecided as to whether I buy an Axis like this or wait on the new offerings !

I preordered one of the Diablo blue ones in March. I'm expecting it around August or September.
That's not that long. The year is going by fast.

Yes, both the Yucatan and Roasted Amber are burst finishes.


(The Diablo Blue mentioned above is not a burst, has a quilt top, and has an ebony board)

I've been refreshing the Thomann UK site and Pete Dubaldo's site every couple of days since they both have product entries for the Yucuatan Blue. haha

I too am very curious as to what "yucatan blue" will end up looking like. Though, it's just for curiosities sake. I already have a bunch of blue guitars, and I also have a Diablo Blue Axis on order.

Hopefully that's the case. The suspense of the Yucatan Blue is killin me! lol
I'm pretty certain the Roasted Amber is not something I'm going to like.

No. But some appeal to me way more than others.

If it's anything close to the guess in my imagination; it's going to be spectacular.

This roasted amber finish rang a bell. I think EBMM has offered guitars in that finish before. A simple google search turned up this. From the Vault maybe?
I love it.
