I am looking for the internal schematics of the pups, I know it is active noise cancelling, just want to know how they do it.

Dimarzio don't make any active pickups (except a few acoustic soundhole pickups)

No active pickups that I know of have noise cancelling circuitry inside them. They are so quiet because they use very weak magnetic coils, boosted by an active preamp. The preamp circuitry itself is important, as a badly designed preamp will add noise.
The lack of noise is due to the fact that the coils are very weak, so there is a lot less inductance.

SD and Dimarzio don't give you any idea what their circuits are
No, they probably won't either. It's probably proprietary information and the exact details will be kept fairly close to their chest. If their customer service people won't give it to you, it means they'd prefer people don't have it. You could try a patent search and see what comes up. It'll certainly give you some ideas, and don't forget EMG.
