anyone have any info on the EBMM EX series?

I have seen these on Ebay from time to time? are they any good? rumor has it they are the SAME exact guitar as the USA axis only MIJ? where can they be had other than Ebay? thanks, V

well, I've never played one, but what I've heard (and maybe someone from EB can verify) is that the components are all Made in the USA, and then the parts are shipped off and only assembled in Japan... pretty cool if it's true!
