Envy Green was a limited edition color like Radiance Red was nutil they made it standard.

I think it's just metallic green.

Was envy green standard color at some point?

No it was strictly a limited edition offered last year with the black headstock and abalone pickguard. It was never made a permanent color as was radiance red which started as an LE but was later put into the regular rotation.

There have been a few greens in past color options but I don't know what that particular color is

Metallic Green is probably a good guess, or Green Sparkle... That's a really old Silhouette Special (in Sil. Spec. terms), from the first year or two of manufacture so 1995 or so... EBMM may have offered a Metallic Green Sparkle back then...

That is an original Silo Special. Good eye Phillip, that is the original Wilkinson bridge that was used for the first few years until EBMM developed their own bridge - which coincided with the introduction of the Axis Sport. This one also has the Grover top-locking tuners instead of the current locking Schallers.

The color was either just "metallic green" or maybe "candy green"; it's not really a sparkle but more like the current metallic finishes. When first introduced the Silo Special was just available in metallic red, metallic green and metallic purple if my memory is correct.

Pearl green is what we called this finish. This guitar was made June 1995 with the now defunct wilkinson bridge system.

The Sil Special was offered in Candy Red, Pearl Green and Pearl Purple. We discontinued the green in 1997.

Check out the Grover Tuners!!!!!!!!
