I need a tripod first, then I can turn the flash off. I can't hold the camera steady long enough to get a clear picture, and Nick lost the part of his finger that could press the button. So, a tripod it is.... mebbe a diffused whitelighter thing in the back!


Actually I think I just need a better cam, like a SLR.... :eek:

Y'know, I have a tripod and a Canon DSLR. I could take some shots for you y'know, a discount on a bass or something. :D

Actually, I found rain to be a great subject. You can play with the stops and shutter speed to get images from blurry due to rain to a shutter speed so fast it looks like time froze when you took the picture because you can make out single rain drops.

The ability to do stuff like this is what made me get an SLR in the first place. You don't have to just take pictures, you can make art. (My next camera related purchase will be a macro lens.)
