My direct deposit goes in tonight...... I'll glady chip in though as soon as it goes though in the morning. Nice to see that everyone looks out for each other here.

Thanks Again
Erin

It would be cool to see that BADD2 if I'm ever in Pittsburgh again, my last two times there have been quite memorable. I saw the Jaguars beat the Steelers in one of the last games in Three Rivers, rode the Incline and drank beer in a converted church/brewery. Around this time last year I flew up from FL to see Spock's Beard, Neal Morse, and 3/4 of Transatlantic play a prog fest.

Very cool stuff

Fun, edgy pop vibes. I like it :p

Reminds me of a mix between the Smithereens and the Happy Mondays. I like the feel of the music.

Thanks for sharing. :)

Geez....Just got done replying to a message you posted on another thread, and then I see THIS!!

God Bless man, I hope you manage to beat what you have. I know a couple of cancer survivors, so keep your chin up, and know that you're young, and can certainly do it.

Take Care,
Rog

First post in this forum.

Erin,
I'm going through a situation in which I've had to sell most of my gear to pay for medical expenses. Oddly enough, I just got an Ernie Ball Music Man Steve Morse to replace 2 of my guitars. I'll put those two this week on eBay. When I read about your situation I decided to register at this forum and share a bit of my experience with you.

My father had prostate cancer and my mom has a meningioma and is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. She already had surgery. Treatment can be slow and uncomfortable, so a positive attitude is a wonderful asset. Through the mindfulness program you'll learn to reduce your stress level. Reducing stress promotes faster healing. In my case, I've lived with pain for the past 13 years due to a motorcycle accident, and finally managed to reduce the amount of pain I feel on a daily basis. I HATE taking medication (e.g. Percocet, Vicodin, Parafon Forte), so learning about breathing and meditation was an incredible experience for me. Of course, sometimes medication is necessary.

Keep a positive attitude. One thing that has helped me was a book called "Full Catastrophe Living" by Jon Kabat-Zin:
Mindfulness CDs and Tapes - Meditation CDs and Tapes - Stress Reduction CDs and Tapes By Jon Kabat-Zinn
MBSR - Center for Mindfulness

Since I'm broke I can't make any monetary contribution, but I do wish you a speedy recovery. Needless to say, music is a wonderful medicine :)

Anyway, I just wanted to send you my best wishes!!!!

Eddie
