Hi, ALOC.

I'm formally applying for membership in the ALOC sometime this year. Pulled the trigger on a Pacific Blue Burst AL with MM90s, ablaone, trem, and piezo. Just made the call to Pete this morning. :D

The ALOC is always looking for new members and it's great to know that soon you Rob,will be entering through the HQ portals of this
auspicious clan of Axemen.

We cannot release the decoder book, Membership Ring or release details of the ALOC "handshake" until the guitar is in your hands ;)
- and a great set of options you have on order too!
- I already see a likely candidate for rapid promotion within the ALOC.

You may have to share a billet with Travs - watch out for his Pythonesque Cod Piece

Nice choice Rob
I can see you having a fine future in the ALOC
We have an open door policy and the office of the CIC is always available to all applicants as well as the general membership. If you have any specific requirements or questions have your people contact my people :):D

Thanks, guys, for the warm welcome and all the congratulatory messages. :D

I've been kind of kicking myself ever since I passed on the Dargie Delights and 2006 LE ALs. I just didn't have the money. Now, I'm in better shape. So, it was only a matter of time.

Why not a Pinkburst though?......

Pinkburst? Well...I figured I'd take a smaller step into the AL world rather than go straight for the BFR. I figure I can always get one of those later if I just totally fall in love with the AL. Plus, I'm hanging on for maybe another 20th Silo or BFR Silo Spec (if EBMM ever make one). :D

Plus, I've been fantasizing about PBB or Black Cherry Burst for years now. So, why not go for it? :D

Pete is expecting an August DOB. It's much sooner than I expected, but that's fine. I have no complaints about that. :D

Whatever the choice, its all good my fren. Looking forward to it!

(By the way, for the money, a standard AL with a piezo is still the right choice over those figured tops;) Wise choice Rob! & solely my opinion here.)

Great choice...awesome.
Welocme to warm and friendly enclave full of much love and respect. And yes do not be alarmed from the fat cobra cod piece that Sir Spuds warned you about.
I think he wished he has one...
