I must say that I enjoy the arctic dream finish more than the mystic dream finish. The arctic dream seems to change from blue to green and the mystic dream switches from green to purple. Both are unique and very interesting but, I like the matte finish more than the glossy/sparkle finishes. After playing the Majesty I found that the difference in the finish feels a lot better on my forearms. It doesn't get all slippery or sticky and the like.

Not that the original finished had a problem with that it's just the new finishes are much less slick. If that makes sense.

The Arctic Dream finish is pretty badass; and I reckon anything with a matte finish is just a lot more practical, and has the potential to look better.

Sometimes glossy finishes make guitars look more like toys... Which isnt good :p

I sure did! I have a JPX right now and is have to say the Majesty is much nicer than any other previous models I've played. It's far more comfortable and the neck is so nice! The thing practically plays itself.

The matte finishes look really great. I can't even get over those amazing recessed switches. Even the switch's back cover is a work of art.
