Are JPs shipped with 9s now?

I checked the new JP colors on music man's site and noticed the strings are back to 9s:

Strings:
9p-11p-16p-26w-36w-46w (RPS Hybrid Slinkys #2241)

I was curious when the gauge was switched back from 10s to 9s?

This is a hybrid (light top, heavy bottom) as normal 9s are 9 - 42, but John switched back a couple months ago I believe.
