Are there 2 version of petrucci bridge?

No I am not talking about a piezo and non piezo bridge. I just bought a used JP6 and I noticed that when I dive bomb, the high E string saddle touches the bridge height adjustment of the bridge. Then I saw a couple of pictures that the saddle aren't even close with the height adjustment. It's like totally different design to counter design which I have.

Are there two versions of the bridge?

Yes. There is an updated version with the lower trempost moved outward to avoid the problem you mentioned above. It was introduced with the JPX or the JPXI and is now used on all Petrucci models.
