Thank you for a great Show in Arlington this past weekend....The Pacific Blue, Teal and Trans Purple Silouhettes are still available as far as I know and will be making their way up to the Philadelphia Guitar Show next month...if they last that long ; )

Europe??? ...... YES!

No, I doubt it. We'll have to wait until they become available on the used market in the States then try our luck.

So, we went to the powers that be at GC to ask if they had any objections to offering the Silhouette with Floyd model to the international market, and guess what? They don't! All of you that have been admiring the photos on this thread will have an opportunity to order one if you'd like. Any country can order one until the end of November. If you seriously want one and need help, email me at [email protected] and I will get you in touch with the right people for your region. The instrument would be ready by April 2013. Available in 5 colors with Ash body..... I highly recommend the Natural!

Black
Trans purple
Trans Teal
Pacific blue burst

The Natural was not shown in the original pictures but as soon as I found out that finish was available the trigger on the purchase was pulled.
A natural maple trem SiLO has been in my daily ebay search and that and is the great white whale to my Ishmael.
I am so looking forward to starting an NGD thread complete with high resolution, bandwidth sucking pictures expressing mounds of thanks for building one of my dream guitars.
Maybe a little late for asking but what pickups are in these?

I'm so glad I could support the Ash SiLO effort
I would also buy a piezo trem version.
Also, Hats off to GC for letting the love get spread world wide

I highly recommend the Natural as well.

The PU are DiMarzio and we are using the DP 223 in the bridge and the DP 103 in the neck. Enjoy your guitar!

More Guitar Show!
wdtkQ.jpg

what's up with that old MM 4x10 amp in the middle of that pic? That must be 30+ years old!!

I have a 2x12, interesting to see an oldie like that at a new guitar gear show!

Silly UK person question - in the above pic under the price it says OTD ? - what does that stand for ?

Hey Smelly:

It means "Out-The-Door". It's meant to indicate that this is the total amount of money you will hand over. Generally, in a normal store, you would pay the sale price plus applicable local and state sales taxes. So a $2000 guitar might end up being $2175 (calculated using my local NY sales tax). But in this case, you'd pay $2000 all-in.

Wow, haven't looked at this thread for a few days and see what happens! I must admit I'd really like one of these but I've already spent my annual guitar budget so may be looking at a divorce if I buy any more! Then again, April is a long way off and gives me time to prepare the ground, hmmm.

Also must say a big THANK YOU to EBMM and Scott especially for going the extra mile and responding to customer's requests. Great products are nothing without equally great customer service and EBMM scores high on both counts.
