I believe the black line under the maple top is an onlay; not sure what wood the onlay is made of.

Wow, that's a nice one for sure...cherryburst looks so awesome and I must admit it's the first time I'm really tempted to get a BFR JP6.

I swear that guitar is physically glowing! The finish reminds of me of molten lava, which is fitting for a speed machine like the BFR.

Gotta say it... that top SUCKS.
