Just wanted to let you know how cool I think it is that you keep an eye on these boards and offer to help EBMM owners work through their problems and offer suggestions (when warrented).
I had my dealer order me a Pet today, and it's an added confidence booster knowing you (and other's in your company) constantly hang around here on the board offering a helping hand here and there. It played no small part in my decision to order my 7th new EBMM axe.
Don't mean to be corny, but I just think it's this kind of great customer service that makes you guys stand out from the other manufacturers out there. It surely shows you take pride in your work and stand behind your products.
