The SR4 arrived perfect. It has some kind of good tone. I adjusted the set up and put some flats on it. It sounds great running though my ampeg stack. It seams to have a really good mid range growl to it. Something I couldn't acomplish with my other SR4. At first I did'nt like the color, but it is growing on me. The sound and playability more than makes up for it though. This is fast becoming my favorate bass. I don't know why they call it medallion gold though. It should be called sparkeld p#@ss. I haven't seen anyother like it. I think it's a keeper.
