Tonight March 17th, happening right now, major geomagnetic storm in progress = awesome auroral displays tonight!

Northern Europe, INCLUDING BRITAIN AND IRELAND, get outside now and look up and north!!

Canada and US mid-lattitude states could also see spectacular displays if the storm continues for the next few hours!

Yep. I've seen Michigan, Maine, Wisconsin, Connecticut. Canada got a great view. Scotland would have had a fine view if weather was up to it. Places as far south as England, Wales, Netherlands, Germany and Poland got some views.
