I saw 4 MM basses from 4 bands at the australia unites concert.

black sr4
natural sr4
candy red sr5
blue dawn sr4 (in rack on stage right)

MM is really setting the standard globally. its the bassing comminuties version of microsoft :p

For those outside Oz, the concert Franky is referring to was a fundraising event for the Tsunami relief fund. Aussies donated $20m last night over the phone, on top of what has already been donated. For a population of just 20 million, that's kickass, and makes me very proud to be an Aussie.

agreed, and for those of you in one of the 120 nations that will be getting the "asia Vs. Rest of world" game tomorrow, it will be absolutly kick ass and will raise tons of cash.

yay i thought i saw a few, i was yelling wildly at the tv to do more bassist shots....the dudes who i was watching with were scared.

oh how much does the whole 20 mill rock! i couldnt believe it!! wooo!! and i thought the sms donatiing was a good idea! i had no money in my account but i had money on my phone! yay oz! :D

aussie aussie aussie, oi oi oi!!

can't wait for the "Asia VS Rest of World" cricket match...hang on, its on tonite!

me watch tv now...

Lakland?

I recall seeing a Lakland in natural, is that the "Stingray" you are referring to (conceding that I didn't see the entire concert)

just finished watching the game...

they raised just under $15million!!! Awesome stuff...

mammoth effort...simply mammoth...i love cricket even more now...

Even Michael Schumacher only donated $13m. No corporation has gone near that amount yet. Given that corporations are owned by shareholders, I'm pretty certain they would need shareholder approval to donate $16m of their profits to charity. Looking at some of the ebay user names who have bid on the Warney shirt, I'll bet my left one that most of them are kids with nothing to do in school holidays.
