Save the minutes on your card. I have your flight information and Jack and Ray will be waiting for you at the luggage carousel...I will be camped out at The Day's Inn starting on Tuesday doing setup, you three plus about 10 other staffers arrive on Wednesday for more setup (and a good deal of drinking I'm sure) till the wee hours and registration starts Thursday morning.
Just print this out and know it by heart before you get off the plane is all you need to do now.

Larry you're all set with registration bro so just try to make it before 1:00 pm.
Things are rolling now with SOB and had a few administrative hicups over the weekend but all is back on track and I talked to all the headliners and instructors this morning and everyone's on the bus and excited. I'll be on site starting Tuesday at 3:00pm and if anyone needs to get me call me on my cell at (623) 451-9660.

haa haa haa poor steve... one of the first things i have to do is grab a sim card for my phone. then u can all harass me.
not so much nervous. i have left most of my packing to the last minute lol. too many people to catch up with and say goodbye

I get this nervous excitement before I head off overseas. but then again I am not exactly what one would call a seasoned international traveller. enjoy the trip and do us aussies proud by getting pissed and falling down everywhere...or not

Will that work? I thought the USA and Japan both used a cell phone system that was not compatible with the rest of the world. At least that was the case a couple of years ago. Has it changed recently?

If you have a triband phone you should be fine in the states... In japan I know there are issues with data.. ie you can't use a blackberry. not sure about voice though...
