Wow!

That's a gorgeous bass. I am cursing the timing! I'd be all over that thing if Christmas wasn't so close...

Dave, if you still have this bass in March, keep me in mind.

Dave, that's a great bass!

If you get a chance, I'd be interested in a shot of your warehouse. I know it's not gonna show all the basses, but just a shot of all the cases stacked up would be cool.

Well to be honest I had Just sold Over 120 Old fender basses from 1957 til 1968
Just due to the Fact all I have ever Played Since 1985 Has been these Ernie Ball Stingrays. And I Know im Some where around 80 of those but I do also have a few boutique basses that I use for furnisher for the Look but the craftsmanship is Awesome on them.

Well it all started when i was 9, My dad gave me a 1962 Slab Board P Bass to learn on as he was a Bass Player In the Toronto area for years.

So when i went out on the road at 16 making decent money i'd buy everyone i'd fine because they felt great and sounded Just as great.

so by the age of 30 I had around 500 Basses and a few strats etc, Sold Half to buy my house here in Cali and Kept the other half to play, and as years went on i'd sell a few, buy a few you know the deal.

But i also did the same in 1976 with Music Man, as being a fan of Leo Fender. then stopped buying Music man In 1980 when i noticed a real change in quality.

Then In 1986 I got a call while on tour here in California From Merle Haggards Bass Player Dennis and he said we just finished the Circle Star and was in San Fran For the Day that GC in San Francisco Had a Mint white Music Man Stingray and I know you love those basses.

So before our sound check we rented a car and went to San Fran, and sure enough there it was, But i was confused, it said Ernie Ball Music Man. I thought what is this but it played so damn good i bought it and that was it.

From that time on i bought everyone i could find, and Now that is my bass by choice Hands Down.

And here in 2005 soon too be 2006 i still take 3 to every gig.
There ya have it, Thanks DJ
