I put a fresh one in my sterling every gig..... unless I am playing a couple gigs in a week.... otherwise run it til they die.. has worked for me thus far...
Sorry mate, that language is long gone (for me)! Parents emigrated to Canada when I was <1 year old, and was raised there through my formative years until my ripe old twenties, when I returned back to blighty. So the Canadian accent persists, as well as my version of "Canadian street slang". In any case, I still speak a much improved version of English in comparison to the majority of Brits I know! I suppose I just "hang" in uncouth social circles.
