Hi there.

First of, how is everyone?

So, for my first post, I have a question...

I recently purchased a Sterling AX40TB. Awesome guitar. Gives both my PV Wolfgangs a definite run for the money.

Anyway, my question is about the action on the AX40 and adjusting the tremolo. The action is still a bit high for me, but I am afraid to lower the tremolo posts any more because it looks like the bottom of the tremolo will dig into the body of the guitar on the one side of the tremolo that is not tapered on the bottom.

I don't see an issue on the "arm" side of the tremolo, since it is tapered a bit.

It also seems as if the body is not quite routed far enough to accommodate a lowered tremolo.

Does anyone else have this issue, or what have you done to "fix" this?

Thanks!
Bobo
