Axis Ex question!

Hi folks! Been a while for me.. Currently Ernie-less but looking to rectify that!



I'm looking at an axiS-ex in black at the minute.
There is no decal on the back of the headstock... should there be one? I'm aware they're Jaoanese made so the made in US decal should probably not be there but I'm no expert!
Any advice appreciated as I've to decide tomorrow!

Hey Aidan -- as far as I know that is expected, the only markings on the headstock are the Music Man logo. No model or SLO/CA markings.
