If you can visualize. Is it possible to engineer a headstock without the tuners? The headstock
would just have six holes. Similar to a string through body. Running the ball end of the string
through the headstock down the neck to the Floyd Rose. I hate stringing a Floyd Rose guitar.
I believe the headstock plays an important role in guitar tone and sustain. The Floyd Rose tunes
the guitar anyways. Less hassle and faster string changes? Has anyone thought about this?
It would look cool as well. Would it still need a locking nut with this design?

I am not sure I understand exactly your idea.
But the Floyd Rose guitar works exactly like that :

You need special strings specially designed for this headstock.

Personally I think it's ugly

You'd have to cut the strings to the exact right length. To get an idea of what I'm talking about, try putting on a new set of strings with the ball ends through the tuners and get the guitar in tune without turning the tuners.

That said, a lot of people do run the ball ends through the tuners, though they do actually use the tuners.

Can't do it unless there is another mechanism (tuner) at the FR saddle that can stretch a string the necessary inches to key.

Fine tuners aren't really tuners (in the true sense of the word). As we all know, they simply micro tweak a string's tension after they have been stretched out.

If you want quicker string changes, why not just put on locking tuners? Someone here did it and had a pic posted. The screw on the back side is at slightly different angle, so the tuner key is moved a little. Looks a little goofy, but it works. There may be other manufacturers' of tuners that would work too.

I thought about putting locking tuners. It would save some time. Thanks

Steinberger?

Ok now were talking.... Yes same idea. But With the 4x2 headstock with holes and ferrels and the strings run up under the headstock--through the headstock--- Similar to a string through Body. Like I said, I think a headstock plays a role in tone.
The ball end of the strings will stay up under the headstock and go through down to the nut and so on. Can you guys see what I'm thinking? Thanks for the replies.

Its kind of redundant because instead of tuning at the headstock you would tune at the bridge. I don't think there is any way to get the exact string length at full tesnsion from the head to the bridge without having to tune up. Have you ever removed a string that has been cut to size after being locked in place with the locking tuner? Now if you try to put it back through the hole it requires quite a lot of work and energy to do that.
