Question Axis-Floyd trem arm receiver question...

So, yesterday, the receiver for the trem arm on my Axis became "wobbly." It would rattle when playing certain chords, and when looking down on it from the top, it would twist from right to left enough that it would hit the high e saddle.

I guess, before I take anything apart, I want to confirm that the hex-shaped object right underneath the plate is what I need to tighten to remedy this? Am I right?

That is correct. You can use some of the blue Loc-Tite to help hold it in place. The blue stuff will let you loosen it in the future, while the red Loc-Tite won't.
