.

This is show I played a few weeks back at the Elmwood Park Amphitheater in Roanoke, VA with Dirty Rumors. I decided to play my Axis Hardtail with the Rosewood board and I was very pleased with the show!

Sadly the sound is from a camcorder at the front of the stage, but it came out pretty well!

Let me know what you think!

What a great band! Awesome sound and tones Tim, and very cool, relaxed playing. You make it look so easy. Are you still playing through your Duoverbs?

Thank you for your kind words!

I am still playing through my somewhat aging Duoverbs, but this show was played using my 80 Watt Roland Cube! Actually I was using a Tech 21 GT2 pedal in the front end of the clean channel for all the drive sounds, but I was pleased with the results!

I'm getting a real late 70's to mid 80's rock vibe with your band. Me likey.

Who are your top 3 influences?

My influences are pretty varied, and I listen to everything from Top 40 pop to metal and everything inbetween!

But certainly my main influences when I first started playing were Brian May, and later on I got into Van Halen. Maybe it shows in my playing, who can say.

Tim, you sounded great. That Axis sits in the mix really well. That is a beautiful guitar.

Thank you!

I never used to use this guitar a great deal, but I recently had the frets dressed and its risen up through the ranks! I have played a bunch of shows with it as of late and not been disappointed at all.
