Help! Axis Neck Is Broken

Hi,
i am from germany so excuse my bad language!
i have a six years old music man axis guitar, there is the neck broken. where do i get a new one? i have already contacted the german music man website but there is no answer until now.
what do i have to do? and what would it cost to get a new neck?

Have you tried calling the international contact or did you send them an email?

Usually in order to replace a neck you have to send the guitar back to Music Man, but they can tell you exactly.
