axis sport hss 5 way switch

Greetings fellow knuckleheads.I have recently acquired a beautiful 1997 green axis sport,rosewood board and a SSH 5 way switch config.The switch is really loosy goosy..basically finished.Have any of you replaced the 5 way? The sounds I want are basically the neck single,probably just the middle and the full humbucker bridge.Any advice would be appreciated.[where to get the parts,soldering,etc.]I got the wiring diagram from AJ at EBMM CS.

Ernie Ball sell the 5 way switch as a standard part. Theres some on ebay too, even on Amazon.... etc etc!
