Hello to all. I've been reading this forum for a while but this is my first post.

I got second hand Axis Super Sport (H-H configuration) few days ago. It looks like new but it seems like there is a problem with bridge pickup. I get a lot of hum on positions 1, 2 and 3. Positions 4 and 5 are fine. I also noticed that neck HB (positon 5) has more output than bridge HB (position 1).

I took a look at wiring and coulnd't spot any loose wires.

What could be wrong? Faulty bridge pickup?

It's probably too much to ask - but could someone take a photo of wiring on your axis? I couldn't find wiring diagram anywhere...

Thanks.

tonyEVH - thanks for forwarding me to musicman support.

They sent me schematic few minutes after I sent them mail and I tracked down the problem. 2 wires from bridge pu were soldered to a wrong pin on selector switch. Problem solved in few minutes.

I'm not used to such quick and effective support from some other companies I dealt with... Really impressive!
