Axis Super Sport w/Piezo

If anyone is looking for an new Axis Super Sport with a piezo pickup, Atlanta Music Brokers has two of them in stock.

One is a Pacific Blue Burst. It looks just like mine (2nd post in the "Pics" thread), except it is a stop tail, instead of a tremolo. The other is a Vintage Sunburst. I believe both have matching headstocks, but I am not sure. I was just in there today to drop off a couple of guitars to be worked on.

Both guitars had a tag price of $1,499

I figured I would pass this along. It might save someone having to wait a few months on an order.

I got some ass with matching headstock and piezo (tobacco burst) from there.

They emailed pictures and we did a deal at $1250. In a 5 minute phone call.

Can't remember my contacts name over there. But he's the guy with the southern accent.

Dang...that sounds almost exactly what I ordered a few weeks ago: ASS, Pacific Blue Burst, matching headstock, rosewood, piezo, stop tail, humbuckers. Too bad they don't have pics up at their site.

The one at AtlantaMusicBrokers has a maple neck. I'm sure they would email pictures, if you're interested. They aren't real good at keeping their website updated, but they're real good folks, who provide excellent customer service.

As far as how it looks, you can look at the picture of my Axis SS, subtract the tremolo, and you've got it.

Doing great! Still playing & loving my Axis SS. Thanks for asking.

I've been into the acoustic thing lately. Actually, I'm more of an acoustic player anyway. I bought a Tacoma dred (I posted here about that), sold it, bought a Larrivee LV-05, sold it, bought a Larrivee L-09 koa and just bought a Larrivee jumbo. I think I'm done buying and selling for a long while (at least that's what my wife tells me - and I believe her ).

It seems like activity on the board has really picked up. I still read a lot of the posts, I just haven't been posting lately.

I was in Atlanta Music Brokers again last night, so I took a closer look at the two Super Sports with Piezo. Both of them have hum/hum and natural headstocks. The blue flame has a maple fretboard, the vintage sunburst has a rosewood fb.
