Hi! I am concidering to buy a used EBMM Axis Super Sport, but the seller doesn't give any information regarding specs. etc. Could any of you tell a little something about this guitar from these pictures? (He believes it's a 2004 model, but he isn't sure). I cannot find a guitar that looks exactly the same everywhere on the internet, which puzzles me a bit.

Am I the only one who thinks that's not the factory finish?

Could be one of the specials or limited number ones like Glenn's black with red binding Axis that he's got in the for sale section. A surprising number of 1 off EBMM guitars show up. The Al HH for that band is back on GC's site.

I have just discovered, that it was won at the Emergenza festival in 2004. So it seems it's a rather rare model.

The Emergenza guitars have normally the Emergenza logo painted on them. If it is completely black, that means that someone painted it to hide to Emergenza logo.
The paint job looks not really good, but the guitar can be a hidden gem.
