Help! Axis toggle switch.

Hi guys
I guess some of you have had your axis/evh switches fail over the years.
I have a Trans black evh on the way that the switch is starting to get dicky. So I was wondering what model Tyco Alco switch is used in the EVh/Axis.
Obviously its an on,on,on. type but a model number would help.
