Hello everyone. I guess I'm new here...even though I signed up a couple of years ago.

I'm a long time EBMM EVH player & I just picked up an Axis to take out & play (I want to leave the EVH's at home).

I've been looking around a lot lately at the Axis guitars and I just noticed one on Ebay in a solid pinkish mauve color...never seen that before.

This got me wondering...what solid or otherwise opaque colors has the Axis been made in over the years? I think I've only seen black & a couple of burst or sparkle colors..burnt apple sparkle being one of them.

What is out there to keep an eye out for?

In my own dream wishlist...I would love to see a silver to black burst with matching head (maybe a rosewood fretboard would look good with that) and a seafoam green (mapleboard...maybe a matching head...but maybe a natural head would look good too)

This color is no longer available, but Cabernet Pearl is a great example of a solid color on an Axis. This beauty is mine.

Hmmm, I've seen a couple of different solid colors out there like Black Magic Crystal, Hot Rod Red, True Gold and another Gold color as well and they all look pretty good.
