My girlfriend and I had a really good time. I've got a few pictures and will share them and some stories later. Not sure if any other knuckleheads were there, but they can chime in on this thread.

I was there. I thought it was great! A very small intimate crowd with good questions. John took the time to sign everything and talk with everyone. Also great info and demonstration on how he runs all his gear through his effects and amps. He also spent time explaining the BFRs and the different tone woods and how they are put together. Just a great afternoon and a great show last night!

There seems to be a lot of talk about the Mark V...I have seem several boards posting about it. Did JP mention anything about it or was it one of those "If I tell you, I have to kill you kind of things"?

Was the clinic at MakeNMusic? I bought my first MM guitar from them, and they were really cool to deal with. If I ever go to Chicago, I would like to check out that store in person.
