Back in the fold... Again!

I owned two Petrucci's in the last year. First one was a basic 6-string. Then I upgraded to a piezo one. Man, I loved those!

I sold off the JP to pay for a cutom built 7-string guitar I ordered from Jim Soloway.
Beautiful, amazing guitar (check the inlay in my Avatar).

I've been very curcious about the new (limited?) Rosewood Axis.
After a lot of snooping, emails and questions, I just pulled the trigger on one.
I'm psyched. Can't wait to get my hands on it!

I checked your gear page, nice stuff! How do you like your Road King? I've been playing an old Boogie for years and love it, but I've never tried a Road King..

The Road King is kick-ass! Seriously, I think it's the last amp I'll ever need.
And I still think that 6 months later.

One thing about it, it's not your typical recto. It cover sooooo much territory from Fender clean to Marshall crunch to heavy rhythm/lead and recto and does it all really well.

That's exactly what I've heard about them, but music stores in good old Cleveland being what they are I've never had the chance to plug into one. That could be a good thing though since my MKIV is been turning the trick for a lot of years.

I had a Mark IV before the RK. Great amp too, but just not as versatile. But for me, the second channel left a lot to be desired, at least most of the time. Even though I loved my Mark IV, there's nothing I miss about it wih th RK.
