I'm wondering how difficult it would be to get a new backplate for an Axis SS. The backplate that is currently on my Super Sport (the one that covers the trem springs) is clearly the wrong one since it blocks access to restringing the low E string. There are 6 holes, but they are misaligned with respect to the back of the trem where you would restring. Is it possible to get a replacement? Any ideas on how much it would be? Thanks.
