Ouch! Take care of that wrist & I hope you recover soon. I have a bass-playing buddy who broke his right arm, yet he continued to play bass...complete with the cast on his arm. :D

I feel your pain. Broke my left wrist snowboarding 2 years ago (I'm right handed).

Took about 2 months to get back to normal. Once the plaster is off, you'll find you'll have little flexibility in your hand. I could only play on the g string on the high frets at first. But every nite, I practiced scales moving further and further back towards the nut and towards the low strings with the eventual goal to play in low F. Its good physiotherapy
