As posted here - I got a Sterling HS early in July and immediately took it to a recording session. Sounded great through the board and in the mix. I then picked up an SR5-HS. Niether of these great basses had been played with the band in rehearsal (or a gig) until tonight.

Put simply - I am extremely pleased I own these basses. They mixed well with the band and the tonal variety gave me new colors for our music. My three band mates were surprised and impressed with the Balls.

I was surprised how much I played them with just the Humbucker on.

As a hardcore Bongoista, I can say that the dual pickup SR5s tempted me so much that I actually ordered one.

Congrats, Mister Eggman (koo koo ka joob)! Nothing sounds better than a band powered by a Music Man bass.
