I like Gforce also but the way the other guitarist has been and pushing his weight around and saying its his band and everything pretty much has to be approved by him its getting a bit sickening. not sure how long i will stay playing with these guys , if i wanted just to work for bands i would join the musician union.
this kid just needs to be knocked down a few pegs and realize its a cover band and everyone should have equal say in things or no one is going to want to play with him.

Show him the G-Force picture and tell him you should all dress like them when you perform . . . that should do it

If you really want to put him in his place, tell him he has to dress like that because he is the "Star" but the rest of you are just backing him up so need to be more subdued.
