heres a shot of a nice little Albert without it's clothes on. Anyone venture a guess on the color. Looks like trans teal to me - the pic color appears a little too blue. It also appears to be a one-piece body

BTW - it is mine as of today.

Yo Glen - how are ya? I already bought it. It looks more teal to me. Did Al's come in trans teal? Or it's blue that has aged some. The edges look greener than the top and bottom.

I'd love to see an AL in a natural transparent finish and a white pickguard. Yum.

Yup, you guys are right, it's trans blue. It's an early 02. This one has changed color a little, on the edges it's kind of greenish, or maybe it's just the end grain of the ash that makes it appear that way. The guard has a vintage look to it. The knobs are still bright white. I need some aged knobs which would look great. the guard is back on it now. I'll get some complete pics up soon. Had to clean lube the switch and adjust the output jack a little. New strings, some fine tuning and she should be ready to sing.
