:(I have a 30th anniversary Music Man that I need to sell. I am not sure how much to sell it for. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The best thing you can do is check E-bay, or the like to see what they are going for at the moment.

I get the impression that it might be a buyers market at the moment...

The bass is worth what the market will bear, not a penny more nor a penny less.

If you need to get a certain amount for it and that's more than the market, it will not sell, period.

The best way to sell, I've found, is to ebay it with a very low starting price (like stupid low) and make it a long auction. I've never failed to sell an instrument for more than I thought it'd bring in that way.

I made a 15% profit selling an Al that way.

I've also always been willing to accept whatever the market would give me.

I sold my last non-EBMM bass like this and it does work well. I got more then I expected. There here simular auctions with start prices that received no bids and mine went for about €100 more than I anticipated.
