Congrats on getting the AL.

I see that one of your earlier questions wasn't answered regarding Albert's set up -
He uses an AL with Trem and a 4 string Fender mandolin.
He runs through a Fender amp nowadays but also uses the Old Music man amps.
He plays through a Lexicon Delay unit usually set for a delay of around 319ms.
He has used various guages of strings - those shipped with your guitar should be the same as Albert's.
Through his career he has used 9 12 15 26 32 40 strings
before that he used 8 - 32.
When he played with Emmylou Harris he ran through 10 inch speaker but now uses 12 inch.

I'm going to see him in concert tomorrow (Friday):D

Albert Lee with MM-90 or Axis Super Sport with MM-90

excellent choice, just like mine!

Hi robelinda2
As you know I have Albert Lee BFR model, and I'm very pleased.
I want to buy a MM-90 pup equiped guitar, and there are 2 in mind.
1.Albert Lee.
2.Axis Super Sport.
Can you inform sound diff. between these guitars.
(You can't get neck+bridge on AL)
(I want to retain the strat sound but also to have neck+bridge sound...)
Any usfull info please.
Thanks
