My apologies if this has been mentioned before but I couldn't find anything via search.

Is it ever possible to get a replacement BFR Certificate? The previous owner of my lovely new (well new to me) JP6 BFR Roasted sadly discarded the cert :-(.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it the general way of EBMM right now? They don't ship BFR's with the C.O.A. and you have to mail customer service to retrieve it. If I'm correct, then chances are that the previous owner didn't retrieve the C.O.A., otherwise he/she would probably have included it(why would he/she keep it?).

The word from CS is that they can't supply me with a cert :-(. No reason was given but it was certainly a clear answer.

Shame. I will drop the U.K distributor a line, just in case they can help.

Stu, the same happened to me with my 25th anniv BFR.

CS said that COA were issued with the guitar and they couldn´t issue them again because of the company´s policy, which I think is made strictly to assure that each guitar has ONE COA and no duplicates will be circulating...

That being said, Serial nº is much more important that the COA :D

No, it's certainly no big deal......

There's no harm in checking though.
