It worked, I'm now just getting off the floor, Hey remember the 1985 Bound Cherry Burst Stingray I have, that also is a Maple body 2 piece though, Dudley Curved the Binding on the body and it weighs in at 10.5 pounds, So that Quilted Gem is Probably 10 + but I'd still buy it in a Heart Beat.

Just goes to show Ernie Ball Basses are as Good if not better and Master Built as any High End Custom Bass on the Market.
Again Lets Thank The Best Instrument builder anywhere. The fine folks at Ernie Ball Music Man.

i was initially hesitant to go look at it. i finally caved and took a peek and picked it up...

I'm with you, Phatty. I stayed away as long as I could, but the force was too great (damnit).

This is far and away the most beautiful instrument I've ever seen. I'll stay out of this (especially if Musicman Nut is involved - the bastard ;) ) but dang, I'd sure like to see one of those in my living room.

dave that brings back memories....if only I could find that sea foam green sabre with the checkerboard binding that was stolen on its way for a bif babystour of germany It has to show up on ebay some day.....
