So I'm looking at the BFR picture thread, thinking that's a nice Axis super sport BFr,

And I see the post count, now even assuming there's multiples per post - by my count (and my math is as bad as my playing) that's like only 1500 BFR's out there?? + artist ones and one offs??? - is that right??

If so I guess as well as being groovy funk tone machines, they're somewhat limited??? - and yes I know they're a limited edition but I just thought there'd be a lot more...

Or Have I got the wrong end of the stick again?

There were also a few produced prior to Dargins photos, which were posted because of bad photography by some dealers giving rise to unjustified comments about the finish from some folk who are not part of this forum. Even so - I guess that they are a rare breed.

There were a ton, and I mean a TON of BFRs shipped before September 2007, which is when Dargin started the thread. I wouldn't be surprised if there were 1500 or even a whole lot more ordered in the first 9 months they were introduced. The first few months after product launch is the busiest time! Also, don't forget that the Gold Rollers and Double-necks aren't in those threads, and neither are the BFR rosewood necked models in solid colors.

we will get there....Actually...when we started we posted all of the ones from that date but since then sometimes we just cannot get to them...It is a ton of work so I would guess in the last year you are probably seeing 40% percent of them
