BP - Yes, I did mess with the EQ a lot. I did show a few variations, but there's a 10 minute limit on YouTube, so I couldn't do everything. I really dig some of the "new" coil options like coils 1 & 4, and 2 & 3. It's a whole 'nutha beast. I think you've nailed it with the tone block, this bass (as well as the two I tried at NAMM) have the best B strings I've found on an SR5.


And yes, that metal looking dude WAS me, 20 years ago. However, I was in COSTUME for the Boston Opera Company's production of Leonard Bernstein's "Mass". Think - Jesus Christ Superstar meets Rush. The wig did blend nicely with the beard, wish I still had it for shock value!

Glad you all enjoyed it. There are some sonic limitations with recording directly in the room from my Mac's iSight camera, one day I hope to figure out how to record the bass direct.
