Big Al 4 SS on Reverb?

Was this an artist built one-off? I don't remember ever seeing / hearing about an SS Big Al, only the SSS. Very interesting and very gorgeous.

Never see that set up before. Is that factory Or has it been tampered with ?

I believe it's factory. The SSS has 3 buttons for pickup on/off, plus a 4th active/passive. This one only has 2 on/off and an active/passive.
